Matthew Binkowski

Matthew Binkowski is a Senior IP Counsel at Continental since January 2016 and currently serves as a City Council Member for the City of Clawson as of November 2023. Prior legal experience includes positions as an attorney at Quinn Law Group PLLC and Ingrassia Fisher & Lorenz, focusing on the preparation and prosecution of patent applications. Matthew also practiced law as an attorney and counselor at Howard & Howard from August 2002 to April 2011. Early engineering roles include work as an electronics specialist/systems engineer at Chrysler/DaimlerChrysler and various engineering positions at DynaLogic Engineering, Inc. and Consumers Energy. Matthew holds a J.D. from Wayne State University Law School and a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Michigan State University.
