Matthias Schröder

Matthias Schröder is the Finance Director at Continental Tire Brazil. They previously held various roles at Continental, including CFO for Tires Brazil/Mercosur and Head of Reporting and Analysis. Matthias began their career as an intern in Accounting and Controlling at Embassy Suites Hotel San Diego and later worked as a Manager of Group Accounting at TUI. Before transitioning to finance, they were a mathematics teacher at Colegio Humbold San Jose. Matthias earned a Diplom in Business Administration from Hochschule Hannover and a Master’s degree in Finance from Universitad Alma Mata in Costa Rica.
