Michael Yecies

Michael Yecies has extensive legal experience in the corporate sector, serving as Chief Legal Officer and Secretary at Atlas Energy, Inc. and Atlas Pipeline Partners, L.P. from 1998 to 2006. Prior roles include Associate at Duane Morris LLP in the Corporate and Special Litigation Departments from 1994 to 1998, and Senior Vice President, Chief Legal Officer, and Secretary at Resource Capital Corp. and Resource America, Inc. from 1998 to 2016. As Founder of MY Advisory Services from 2016 to 2021, Michael Yecies built a consulting practice before taking on the role of Head of the Americas for Law M&A and Strategic Investments at Continental in February 2021. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Pennsylvania and a Doctor of Law degree from the University of San Francisco School of Law.
