Miroslava Bertram has over two decades of experience in customer order management and SAP processes. Currently serving as Central Key User SAP SD at Continental Reifen Deutschland GmbH since January 2010, Miroslava has developed expertise in SAP systems. Prior to this role, Miroslava was the Head of Customer Order Desk at Continental Matador Rubber from October 2003 to 2008. Miroslava holds a degree from Ekonomická univerzita v Bratislave, having studied there from 1996 to 2001.
