Monica Young

Monica Young is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in engineering and education. Currently an instructor at Rend Lake College since 1982, Monica has also held various management roles at Continental, including Quality Systems Manager and Continuous Improvement Manager, where they oversaw Lean Six Sigma programs and quality assurance initiatives. Monica earned a Master’s in Business Administration from Southern Illinois University, Edwardsville, and holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale. With extensive experience in project management and quality systems, they have significantly contributed to the industries in which they have worked.
