Nihan Çavuşlar

Nihan Çavuşlar is the Head of Supply Chain RE & OE & Export Markets at Continental Turkey, where they leverage 18 years of experience to design adaptive logistics models and optimize supply chain processes. They previously held roles in finance and logistics at companies such as Otomotiv Lastikleri Tevzi A.Ş and Chicco’s London, honing their skills in demand planning, vendor relations, and project management. Nihan is currently pursuing an MBA and studying Business Administration and Finance at the London College, along with Business Administration and Management at Uludağ Üniversitesi. Their approach combines analytical thinking with high empathy and communication, striving for improved stakeholder satisfaction and team motivation.
