Nydia Pombo

Nydia Pombo has extensive experience in financial management and analysis, primarily within the automotive and technology sectors. With a background at Continental spanning from 2009 to the present, Nydia has held various leadership roles, including Controller for several business units with combined sales exceeding €3.1 billion. Responsibilities have included steering financial strategy, overseeing P&L management, and leading financial reporting and forecasting for operations across multiple countries and locations. Prior to Continental, Nydia spent significant time at Motorola Solutions in various accounting and finance roles, providing financial support for global manufacturing operations. Nydia holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Florida Atlantic University and an MBA from Lake Forest Graduate School of Management.
