Paul Flake is a strategic communications leader with over a decade of experience in various aspects of communications, including media relations, employee communications, and crisis management. They have built and led high-performing teams at prominent organizations such as GE, BASF, and Continental AG, where they served as a trusted advisor to C-level executives. Currently, Paul serves as the Group Sector Communications and Regional Spokesperson for the Americas at Continental, while pursuing a degree in Public Policy at the University of Minnesota. Previously, they held pivotal roles at BASF and GE, focused on enhancing brand reputation and driving effective engagement.
