Richard A. Wolf

Richard A. Wolf is an Intellectual Property Attorney with extensive experience in patent preparation, prosecution, and counseling, primarily in the mechanical and materials-related arts. Currently serving as Senior IP Counsel at Continental, Richard previously held the position of Partner at Renner Otto from 2014 to 2023. With a strong background in materials engineering, Richard spent nearly a decade in various engineering roles, including as a Senior Materials Engineer at Carlisle Brake & Friction and as a Materials Engineer at Bechtel Bettis Atomic Power Laboratory. Richard holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree, graduating Summa Cum Laude and as Salutatorian from The University of Akron School of Law, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Materials Science & Engineering from Case Western Reserve University.
