Rodrigo Salera

Rodrigo Salera is currently the General Manager at Continental, a position held since 2012. Previously, they worked as a Maintenance Specialist in Sintering and Raw Materials Yard at ArcelorMittal Brasil from 2004 to 2012, and as a Sales Engineer at ESCO Corporation from 2002 to 2003. Rodrigo holds two MBAs—one in Business Management and another in Project Management—from Fundação Getulio Vargas, completed in 2003 and 2012, respectively, and a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de Minas Gerais, obtained in 2001.
