Roman Nosko has a diverse background in human resources and management, holding various significant positions throughout their career. They served as a Global Project Lead for HR BPO at Continental, and also worked as the Country Human Resources Manager for the Czech Republic and Slovakia. Previously, Roman was a Vice President and a member of the Supervisory Board at the Association of Machine and Electrotechnical Industry (ASEP). They co-owned K_CORP Prešov, Ltd. from 2008 to 2011 and gained early HR experience at Embraco and ZKL KINEX Group. Roman earned an Engineer's degree in Company Management and Environment from Technická univerzita v Košiciach between 1994 and 1999.
