Sandra Camarena

Sandra Camarena is an experienced professional in the engineering and product development sectors, with a background in quality control, process engineering, and project management. Sandra began with DULCES CHOMPYS S.A. DE C.V. as a trainee in the quality department, focusing on physico-chemical tests and documentation of candy formulations. Following this, Sandra advanced to PyMPSA for national product design and development, where project management and pilot production tests were key responsibilities. From January 2014 to February 2022, Sandra worked at Continental as a Process Engineer and later took on roles such as SMT Manager and Senior Staff Process Engineer, specializing in the optimization and introduction of new products and processes. Currently, Sandra serves as SMT Manager at AUMOVIO. Education includes a degree in Chemical Engineering with a specialization in polymers from Universidad de Guadalajara, and further qualifications in business leadership and project management from Tecnológico de Monterrey and Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Occidente, as well as environmental engineering from Universidad Autónoma de Madrid.
