Currently serving as the Director and Head of Segment 2 Quality, Architecture & Networking at Continental, they have previously held prominent roles including Head of Segment 5 Quality and Quality Director for various business units across Asia. Sandy’s career spans significant positions at notable companies such as Delphi and Yaxing-Benz Ltd, where they led quality engineering teams and developed quality strategies that enhanced project execution and product launch success. Sandy holds dual MBA degrees from Handelshøyskolen BI and BI-FUDAN.
