Sanja Peric

Sanja Peric is an experienced professional in quality management and project leadership within the automotive sector. Currently serving as the OES Location Manager at Continental, Sanja focuses on budgeting and implementing regional strategies. Prior experience includes a role as Project Lead Quality at ZF Group, overseeing holistic quality responsibility for complex projects, and supervising Advanced Product Quality Planning at Lear Corporation, where responsibilities included coordinating laboratory activities and managing engineering changes. Sanja's career began at LEONI, progressing from Quality Inspector to Supplier Quality Engineer, where skills in quality assurance, root cause analysis, and production optimization were developed. Sanja holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from the Faculty of Business Economics and Entrepreneurship in Belgrade.
