Scott Salyer

Scott Salyer has extensive experience in supplier quality management and systems, with a career spanning from 1979 to the present. Currently serving as the NAFTA S&A Supplier Development and Quality Systems Manager at Continental Automotive since January 2009, Scott previously held the position of Supplier Quality Manager at the same company from January 2009 to April 2012. Prior to joining Continental, Scott worked at Delphi Automotive Systems for nearly three decades, holding various leadership roles, including Quality/Supplier Quality Director across multiple divisions, where responsibilities included resolving supplier quality issues and enhancing supply base performance.
