Shiwen Chen has two decades of experience focusing on lean improvement and 24 years in automotive electronics manufacturing. They served as a Project Engineer at Meura from 1998 to 2000 and held various roles at 大陆集团, including Manufacturing Planner and Lean Senior Consultant. Additionally, they worked as a Maintenance Engineer and Lean Coach, ultimately becoming the Lean/Production System Manager and Asia Lean/Operations Coordinator. Prior to that, Shiwen worked as a Maintenance Engineer at OJida Building Ceramic Co., Ltd from 1996 to 1997.
