Silviu Stan

Silviu Stan is an experienced R&D and Mechanical Engineering leader with over 18 years of progressive responsibility in the automotive industry. Currently serving as the Head of Mechanical Engineering at AUMOVIO, Silviu has previously held various pivotal roles, including Group Leader and System Project Manager at Continental, where they managed budgets exceeding €5M annually and led global development teams across multiple countries. A co-inventor on seven patents, Silviu has a strong background in organizational transformation, product innovation, and engineering support infrastructure. They earned a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Universitatea „Politehnica” din Timișoara in 2006.
