Slobodan Simičić

Slobodan Simičić is an accomplished professional in operational excellence and continuous improvement with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple industries. They served as the Global Operational Excellence Leader at STADA Group, where they significantly contributed to productivity savings and Lean Manufacturing program implementation. Previously, they held positions such as Continuous Improvement Coordinator at Lear Corporation and Operational Excellence Leader at NORMA Group, where they championed efficiency projects and fostered a culture of continuous improvement. Currently, they are the UX BA Manufacturing Footprint Manager at Continental, focusing on advanced data management in manufacturing operations. Slobodan is also pursuing a Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Novi Sad.
