Soumya Simon is the Head of Qualification Test Centers Americas, leading multiple test centers to ensure efficient operations and flawless test execution for product-related assessments. Previously, Soumya served in various roles within Continental, including Development Engineer, Quality Assurance Manager, and Development Engineering Manager, where significant contributions were made to tire line development and quality improvement projects. Soumya holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Applied Sciences, Darmstadt, and completed high school in Electronics at Werner von Siemens-Schule Stuttgart.
