Stefan Benic is currently the Operations Unit Leiter and Geschäftsführer of Elastomer-Beschichtungen GmbH at Continental, where they have been since 2024. Previously, they held the position of Head of Operations at Continental from 2001 to 2024. Stefan served in various leadership roles as an officer in the Deutsche Bundeswehr from 1995 to 1998, and was the Bereichsleiter Schweißerei at AKG-Autokühler GmbH & Co. KG from 1998 to 2001. They earned a Diplom-Ingenieur degree in Elektrotechnik from the Universität der Bundeswehr in Hamburg, where they studied from 1991 to 1995.
