Stefania Hale

Stefania Hale has extensive experience in human resources, beginning as a Human Relations Intern and progressing to the role of Senior Human Resources Generalist at Continental. From January 2018 to August 2020, Stefania served as an HR Generalist and Staffing Administrator, where responsibilities included scheduling interviews, coordinating candidate travel, and initiating background checks and onboarding processes. As a key member of the HR team, Stefania implemented a "waste free" workplace initiative and facilitated various training events. Since August 2020, Stefania has continued to excel as a Sourcing Specialist, leveraging strong human resources management skills, supported by a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from Oakland University.
