Stephan Weisgerber

Stephan Weisgerber is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the automotive and manufacturing sectors. Since June 2018, Weisgerber has served as Vice President for Segment LivTec at Continental Surface Solutions, holding various leadership roles including Transformation Manager and Vice President for the Asia-Pacific region. Prior to this, Weisgerber was Vice Member of the Board at the Rubber Manufacturers' Association of Finland from January 2017 to May 2018, and held multiple positions at Continental AG and its subsidiaries from 2011 to 2018, including Managing Director and Project Manager & Lean Management Coach. Weisgerber's academic background includes a Diploma in Economics and Management from Leibniz Universität Hannover, complemented by international studies at The Chinese University of Hong Kong and the University of Essex.
