Stephane Roche

Stephane Roche is the Head of Operation for the TIS segment at Continental Automotive France SAS, leveraging over 20 years of international experience in industrial engineering and production management. Previously, they held various roles at Siemens Automotive and Continental, including Manufacturing Manager and Supply Chain Manager, where they were instrumental in new product launches and plant start-ups across multiple countries. Stephane earned a Master’s degree in Management of Innovation and Technology from Ecole supérieure de Commerce de Toulouse and completed a Leadership Development Program at Contur. They began their career at Gers Electronique, supporting the creation of electronic subcontracting plants.
