Tara Bennett

Tara Bennett is a digital mining solutions and transformation leader with nearly 30 years of experience in the mining and resources sector. They began their career as a mining and exploration geologist and advanced through various roles, including database management and product management, ultimately becoming an expert in integrating AI and digital platforms into the mining value chain. Currently, Tara serves as the Product Manager for Digital Solutions at Continental, focusing on innovation and strategy in the APAC region. They are noted for their strong advocacy for diversity and inclusion, as well as their ability to build high-performing global teams through strong communication and collaboration skills. Tara is pursuing an MBA at The University of Western Australia, further enhancing their business acumen.
