Thierry Wipff is currently the Vice President of Global Manufacturing Technology Engineering Tires at Continental, overseeing industrial engineering for 22 tire plants worldwide. With extensive experience managing multicultural manufacturing teams, Thierry's focus is on optimizing operations to achieve best-in-class manufacturing. Previous roles include Senior Vice President of Manufacturing and Technology Tires, as well as Vice President of Manufacturing in both Romania and France. Thierry holds a graduate engineering degree from ENI Belfort and completed a Top Executive Program in Strategy & Vision at INSEAD in 2015.
