Thomas Radebold is an experienced IT leader currently serving as the Head of ContiTech Area IT EMEA B and the Head of SubRegional IT ContiTech EMEA at Continental since July 2019, overseeing a team of over 20 employees responsible for the IT infrastructure and operations within the business unit. Prior to this, Radebold held the position of Head of Global IT-Infrastructure and Operations and Deputy Head of IT at Continental AG in the BU Surface Solutions from October 2016 to July 2019. Radebold also led IT Infrastructure and Operations at Benecke-Kaliko AG and served in various IT management roles across different divisions within the Continental group from 1998 to 2017, including significant responsibilities in SAP implementation in China.
