Thomas Shen is a seasoned technical project leader with extensive experience in project management and software development. Presently at 大陆集团 since May 2018, Thomas oversees R&D projects related to infotainment/cockpit and telematics, focusing on IVI head unit product life cycle management. Prior to this role, Thomas served as a software program manager at Lenovo Group Ltd., managing the Android system for smartphones and tablets. Between 2006 and 2014, Thomas was a software project manager at SONY (CHINA) CO., LTD, leading PC software projects and collaborating with international teams. Thomas began the career as a technical support engineer at Sykes, providing customer service and technical support for various Intel products across multiple regions. Thomas holds a Master of Engineering degree from East China University of Science and Technology and a Bachelor's degree from Central China Normal University, with additional academic experience at Tongji University.
