Tiberiu Mocanu has a diverse professional background spanning over a decade, primarily in customer service, IT support, and cybersecurity. Initial roles include customer service at Bosch Communication Center, followed by IT technician duties at eMAG.ro, where responsibilities included product testing and technical support. Tiberiu then served as a sales representative at ETA2U and transitioned to technical support with LINK group. Advancing in the field, Tiberiu held positions as Service Level Manager and Software Support at Continental, focusing on service performance and providing second and third-level support. Currently, Tiberiu holds the position of Cyber Security Specialist at Continental Contitech, offering consultancy on cybersecurity topics and managing security reports. Educationally, Tiberiu earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Economics "Lucian Blaga Sibiu."
