Tom Roberts

Tom Roberts is currently the Head of Applications Engineering for IAM Distribution at Continental, where they focus on enhancing quality and introducing new design practices across multiple plants. They previously held roles as a Sr. Development Engineer at Continental, where they concentrated on automotive hose development and quality oversight for facilities worldwide. Earlier in their career, Tom worked as a Polymer Engineer at Northwire, Inc., and as a Process Engineer at Tundra Companies, where they were instrumental in developing tooling and securing UL approvals. Tom earned a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities in 2009.
