Wes Garber

Wes Garber, CPA, is an accomplished finance professional with a diverse background in corporate finance and strategic financial management. Currently serving as Treasurer & Head of Corporate Finance Functions for Continental Rubber of America, Wes is responsible for comprehensive financial management across North America, including external reporting, taxation, risk management, and internal audit. Previous roles include Chief Financial Officer at Caesarstone USA, where Wes oversaw finance, accounting, and regulatory compliance, and various positions at Continental Tire, where strategic leadership in sales and financial operations was emphasized. Wes began their career at Arthur Andersen LLP as a Senior Auditor, following a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Virginia Tech.
