Xin Xia

Xin Xia has over 18 years of extensive experience in the automotive industry, currently serving as the Customer Center Director for Chinese Local OEM at Continental since September 2007, where full P&L responsibility for Local OEM business within BU CCN is held. Xin leads a team of over 20 members, focusing on business development and operations. Previously, Xin was also the Customer Center Director for Tier 1 and New EV Market, managing P&L responsibilities for Tier 1 customers in China, with a focus on interior body electronic components. Prior experience includes a role as Project Manager at Siemens from March 2005 to August 2007. Xin holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Shanghai Jiao Tong University, completed in 2002.
