Yanni Chen

Yanni Chen has extensive experience in communications and talent management, particularly within multinational organizations. From August 2021 to June 2023, Yanni served as the Head of Communications for ContiTech China at 大陆集团, where responsibilities included developing communication strategies, organizing management meetings, and managing media relations to enhance stakeholder engagement. Previously, Yanni held the role of Communications Manager at ContiTech China, focusing on internal and external communication consistency and social media strategy. Earlier roles included HR Business Partner and Talent Management & Organization Development Project Manager at Continental, as well as a Learning Manager at TK Elevator. Yanni holds an MBA and a Bachelor of Arts in German Language and Literature from Fudan University.
