Al Smith is the Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder of Continest USA, where they lead foldable, collapsible modular housing initiatives. They are also a Co-Founder of Smith & Hazlett, a milestone-driven consulting firm for startups and small- to medium-sized businesses. Their past roles include Director of Government & Community Relations at Socialwyze (2021–2022) and Director of Strategy at Continest (2023–2024), as well as earlier leadership in product development and executive positions at Meetyl and VoterEngage. They studied at the University of Maryland College Park from 2001 to 2005.
