Aoife Ryan is an experienced professional with a strong background in instructional design and customer education. Currently serving as an Instructional Designer at Continia Software since August 2025, Aoife previously excelled as the Customer Education Program Manager at Pleo, where responsibilities included auditing educational content, establishing internal processes, and collaborating across teams to enhance user experience. Aoife's career also encompasses roles as an Enterprise Customer Success Manager and Customer Success Specialist, where focus was on managing UK customers' onboarding and success. Additional experience includes project management for the DroneUp International Film Festival and asset management at DNG, highlighting a diverse skill set in customer success, education, and administration. Aoife holds a B.A. in Dance with Media from Kingston University.
