Michael Schippert has a solid work experience spanning several industries and roles. Michael started their career in 2007 as a Quality Engineer Co-Op at Bosch North America, where they gained experience in root cause investigation and creating PowerPoint presentations. From 2011 to 2012, they worked as a Paint Process Engineer at FANUC America Corporation, specializing in paint process engineering for large-scale robotic paint booths. Michael then joined Pratt & Whitney in 2012 as a Product Development Engineer, where they worked closely with customers on developing processes for composite bonding and assembly, as well as tooling design and procurement. In 2014, Michael joined Continu as a Senior Software Engineer and was later promoted to the role of VP of Engineering. At Continu, they focused on creating effective and engaging learning platforms, integrating with various tools, and analyzing data for insight reporting.
Michael Schippert attended Kettering University from 2007 to 2011, where they obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering.
