Sam Lansing

Sam Lansing has a diverse work experience in the technology industry. Sam started their career in 2012 as a Nagios Support Tech at Nagios Enterprises, LLC, where they provided technical support for international customers and developed bug fixes and feature updates for the Nagios XI product. Sam then worked as a Cloud/Web Operations Engineer at Best Buy from 2015 to 2017, managing and maintaining a highly scalable Fortune 500 E-commerce Site.

After that, Sam joined Amazon Web Services in 2017 as a Systems Engineer, where they developed, released, and maintained the Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning family of AWS services. In 2019, they worked as a Data Scientist at DXC Technology, and in 2020, they were an Application Support Engineer at Addteq.

Most recently, Sam has been working as a Senior DevOps Engineer at Continu since 2021, where they create effective learning platforms, shares training materials, and connects tools for innovative companies. Throughout their career, Sam has gained experience in various areas of technology, including cloud operations, data science, and support.

Sam Lansing attended Minneapolis Community and Technical College from 2012 to 2013, where they studied computer science and art. Following this, Sam Lansing enrolled at Minneapolis College from 2012 to 2014, where they pursued a degree in computer science and specialized in the same field of study.
