Terry Spaeth is the Co-Founder and Executive Consultant at Continua Process Systems, where they focus on developing the ContinuousPlant® Software Suite for the life sciences industry. With a Bachelor's degree from Ohio University, Terry has held various leadership roles in sales and marketing, notably as Eastern Regional Sales Manager at Neles/Metso and Marketing Manager at Fisher Controls International. Their extensive experience also includes serving as President and CEO at Control Associates, Inc., where they contributed to significant advancements in process automation solutions. Currently, Terry continues to innovate in continuous manufacturing processes, enhancing efficiencies and product quality.
