Glenn Thomas is the President and Owner of Full Spectrum Safety Consulting, bringing over 25 years of experience in safety and risk management. Currently, Glenn serves as the Director of Safety and Risk Management at Continuing Life, overseeing critical safety operations. Previously, Glenn held the position of Assistant Director of Safety at La Costa Glen Carlsbad, managing safety and regulatory compliance for a large retirement community. Additionally, Glenn has worked as a Community Safety Advisor, Emergency Medical Technician, and is pursuing degrees in Health Services and Public Administration.
