Nir Kleinman

Nir Kleinman has a diverse work experience in software development and management roles. Nir began their career with the Israeli Air Force in 2004 as a Senior Programmer, where they developed a monitoring and control system for network equipment. Nir utilized C++ for server-side development and Java with SWING UI for client-side development. Additionally, they designed screens, reports, and information usage. From December 2008 to February 2011, Nir served as a Development Team Leader for a CRM product within the Israeli Air Force. Nir managed a team of five and implemented Agile practices to improve team performance. Since May 2011, Nir has been working at Continuity Software as a Software Developer. Their main responsibility involves developing an IT risk detection product that proactively prevents infrastructure outages and data loss incidents. The product scans the IT environment, detects risks and violations, and enables IT teams to remediate misconfigurations.

Nir Kleinman completed their education in the field of Computer Science. From 2003 to 2004, they attended Gymnasia Realit where they obtained a degree as a Computer Technician. Prior to that, in 2004, Nir attended Basmach for a brief period to enhance their skills as a software developer.
