Rhona Kennedy

Rhona Kennedy currently serves as the Head of Business Development UK at Continuity2, an established Business Continuity and Operational Resilience platform, since January 2025. Prior to this, Rhona held the position of Business Development Director at ClearSky Logic from February 2024 to January 2025, and worked as a Managing Consultant at McGregor Boyall, a global recruitment consultancy, from October 2022 to February 2024. Rhona's experience in recruitment also includes roles at Cathcart Associates, where tenure spanned from August 2013 to October 2022, encompassing positions from Recruitment Consultant to Principal Consultant. Early professional experience includes a role as a Research Assistant at Swinburne University of Technology, a volunteer position with Make Me A Scientist, and as a Volunteer Research Assistant within the Human Cognitive Neuroscience Group at the University of Edinburgh.
