Application Engineer at Continuous Composites

Jacob Smith has worked in the engineering field since 2014. Jacob began their career as a Mechanical Engineering Intern at Los Alamos National Laboratory, where they designed explosives ordnance disposal mechanical hand tools and a machine assembly for an explosives experiment. In 2017, they started Real Crypto, LLC, where they maintained complete oversight of creative vision, product design, and manufacturing techniques. In 2021, they joined RMB Products, Inc. as an Aerospace Product Engineer, where they developed new aerospace products for manufacturing methods involving rotational molding, 5-axis machining, and tool design. Jacob also worked with all parties to create tooling, processes, and inspection methodologies to set up and support product lines in the aviation sector. Lastly, they are currently employed at Continuous Composites as an Application Engineer.

Jacob Smith attended Montana State University-Bozeman from 2011 to 2016, where they graduated with a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) in Mechanical Engineering.
