Samuel Foshay is an experienced finance executive currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer and EVP of Operations at Continuous since February 2023, where responsibilities include oversight of Finance, Accounting, Investor Relations, Treasury, Business Systems, Deal Desk, Professional Services, Customer Support, Corporate Development, and Legal functions. Prior to this role, Samuel was the Chief Financial Officer at Honorlock from November 2021 to February 2023, where significant achievements included building the finance and legal functions from the ground up and insourcing all accounting and finance operations. Previous experience also includes serving as Senior Vice President Finance at Social Solutions, driving growth strategies and overseeing significant transitions, and various financial roles at Upland Software and Dell, where Samuel partnered strategically with product lines and managed P&L responsibilities. Educational qualifications include a B.S. in Business Administration with an emphasis on Finance and Entrepreneurship from Chapman University, complemented by a study abroad program at the University of Sydney.
