Continuum are a specialist practice of property consultants, advising local, regional, and national clients on the development of the built environment. Formed in 2017 to focus on advising on complex development propositions the Continuum team have a successful track record of delivering innovative development advice across a variety of sectors including residential, mixed-use, leisure and retail. We advise on all elements of the development continuum utilising a specialist expertise gained from experience in a diverse range of sectors and services giving us the ability to provide a holistic service encompassing concept design, the planning process through to development delivery.
