Shawn Michael

Shawn Michael has a diverse range of work experience. Shawn started their career at Spectrum Restoration in 2013, where they served as a Technician and Truck Leader, providing disaster recovery services and demonstrating management skills. In 2014, they joined Mechanical Incorporated as a Heating Air Conditioning Service Technician, where they serviced a variety of HVAC and BAS equipment and coordinated with vendors and customers. In 2018, Shawn joined SBA Communications as a Network Operations Center Technician, monitoring and troubleshooting network and building automation systems and performing remote hands work for clients. Shawn was later promoted to Senior Network Operations Technician, where they assisted the NOC Manager in leading the team and providing escalation support to Tier 1 and Tier 2 technicians. Recently, Shawn joined Network Data Systems as an Infrastructure NOC Engineer. And most recently they have joined SBA Edge where they are currently serving as a Network Operations Center Manager.

Shawn Michael attended Sandwich Community High School from 2007 to 2011, although no specific degree or field of study is mentioned. In terms of additional certifications, Shawn obtained a Cisco Certified Network Associate Routing and Switching (CCNA) certification from Cisco in April 2019. Later, in January 2021, Shawn obtained a Red Hat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA) certification from Red Hat.
