Continuum Performance Center is team of professionals committed to providing individually designed fitness programs for each of our subscribers based on his or her needs and goals. The mission of CPC is to educate subscribers, and enhance their performance, in the activities they are passionate about. 

Today, trainers who identify themselves as "exercise professionals" are overwhelmingly common in the fitness world and have ultimately confused the consumer. Smaller scale personal training studios, or independent exercise physiologists, may offer a greater look into a client’s current physical well being but fail to bridge that with a successful, progressive, motivating and affordable exercise program. It’s our pledge to work with you one-on-one to develop, execute and maintain a regimen that is unique and achievable.
