Richard Wilson is currently the Lead Engineer for Continuum Services at Bedrocks Hudson site development, having reinvigorated their career after 38 years in the trade. Previously, Richard served as a Team Leader II at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan, overseeing HVAC teams and building operations in a 24/7 environment from 1986 to 2025. Richard also served in the US Navy as an Engineman, working with hydraulics and AC&R aboard the USS Lexington from 1981 to 1985. In addition to their extensive experience, Richard is pursuing an Associate of Business degree at Schoolcraft College.
