Shawniece Moore began their work experience in 2007 as an Intensive Case Manager for the City of Richmond, Virginia. Shawniece assessed and provided assistance to participants in various social and economic environments, determining eligibility for public assistance and social services benefits. Shawniece also served on a committee to recommend improvements to employment services.
In 2011, Shawniece was promoted to Intensive Case Manager Supervisor, where they supervised case managers and assessed employee development and training needs. Shawniece also conducted case monitoring to ensure program accuracy and prevent misuse of funds.
From 2013 to 2014, Shawniece served as a Program Manager for the City of Richmond, where they managed and administered various federal, state, and local programs, including Childcare, Temporary Assistance for Needy Families, and Medicaid. Shawniece also directed and oversaw staff members and their accountability, efficiency measures, and training needs.
In 2014, Shawniece joined Public Consulting Group as a Senior Analyst and later as a Program Manager. In these roles, they provided project management support, data analysis, and business operations consultation. Shawniece supervised a Business Analyst and coordinated project requirements with the Information Technology Department.
From 2018 to 2019, Shawniece worked as a Career Coach for VCU School of Business Career Services. Shawniece served as a liaison for students in various business disciplines, managing a caseload and providing coaching, guidance, and mentoring for career planning and preparation.
In 2019, Shawniece joined Welligent, Part of the ContinuumCloud, as a Project Coordinator and later as a Project Manager. Shawniece provided project management support and coordination, overseeing program application system defects and enhancements.
Since 2023, Shawniece has been working at ContinuumCloud as a Senior Project Manager Lead.
Shawniece Moore earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Marketing from West Chester University of Pennsylvania between 1999 and 2001. Shawniece then pursued a Master of Public Administration (MPA) degree in Public Administration from Strayer University from 2006 to 2009. Additionally, they obtained two certifications, namely "Project Management Simplified" and "Learning Salesforce," from LinkedIn in October 2019 and February 2019 respectively.
