Apala Kain

Apala Kain has a diverse range of work experience spanning various roles and industries. Most recently, Apala worked as an Account Manager - Onsite Google at ContinuumGlobal starting in November 2021. In this role, they managed various Google Home Page Promos globally and collaborated with the Google Growth Lab team and Product Marketing Managers to execute campaigns. Apala also identified new campaigns and presented them to Google stakeholders for approval.

Prior to that, from 2019 to 2021, Apala worked as a Customer Success Manager at Adobe, where they focused on maintaining and nurturing customer relationships for SMB accounts. Apala acted as a trusted advisor, delivering unique solutions to meet client objectives and generating incremental revenue by selling additional products and services.

Before their time at Adobe, Apala gained experience as a Project Manager at wizi logic pvt. ltd from 2016 to 2019. In this role, they managed a team of technical staff, project managers, and business development managers to achieve company targets. Apala also resolved client issues and implemented policies to ensure smooth business operations.

From 2015 to 2016, Apala served as a Project Manager at Digital Web Solutions Pvt. Ltd., where they were responsible for project execution and implementation. Apala effectively communicated with designers, developers, and quality testers throughout the project lifecycle.

Apala's earlier experiences include a role as a Fundraising Executive at WWF-India in 2014 and a Project Management Internship at Broadcast2world from May to July 2014.

Apala Kain completed their Bachelor of Commerce (Honors) degree in Business/Commerce, General from Shri Ram College of Commerce, which they attended from 2011 to 2014. Prior to that, they attended Lucknow Public School, although the specific degree name and field of study during this time are unknown.

Apala also obtained a certification in Google Analytics from Great Learning in September 2022.
