Waleed Z.

Waleed Z. is an experienced IT professional with a solid background in system administration and IT support. From April 2017 to December 2021, Waleed served as a Team Supervisor for IT Support at ibex. Pakistan, where responsibilities included supervising System Engineers, conducting performance reporting, and managing various server administrations. Currently, as a Team Lead System Administrator at Contour Software since January 2022, Waleed oversees O365 administration and cloud services, including AWS and Azure, while managing migration projects. Previously, Waleed worked as a Senior IT Officer at Zong CMPak Ltd from November 2012 to February 2017, where administrative duties involved overseeing the IT Service Desk portal and supervising service desk operations.
