Ester Maher, PHRi™, is currently the OD and Employee Engagement Section Head, having served as a Senior OD Specialist at Contrack Facilities Management S.A.E from 2021 to 2025. Previously, they held various roles, including Senior Talent Management Specialist and HR Generalist at Hassan Allam Holding from 2016 to 2021. Ester started their career as an Admin Assistant at Sochema Import and Export Group from 2013 to 2014 and managed the front office at Kash Business Systems from 2014 to 2016. They earned a Career Certificate in Human Resources Management from The American University in Cairo in 2018 and hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Italian Language and Literature from Helwan University, completed in 2012.
